Just a few steps from our door you’ll find leafy avenues and the rush of the River Kelvin in the West End’s own playground – Kelvingrove Park. Grab a takeout coffee and while the morning away or head into the free museum and art gallery for a culture hit.

~ SECC & THE HYDRO ~

Scotland’s national music and conference venue combines a vast, flexible space at the SECC which plays host to a number of exhibitions throughout the year such as the Scottish Wedding Show and Ideal Home Show, whilst The Hydro seats 13,000 people in front of some of the world’s biggest-name acts. Recent gigs include Bruno Mars, Rhianna and Justin Bieber and the Still Game live show.

RIVERSIDE MUSEUM & TALL SHIP ~

Exciting, inspiring and totally free, the Riverside Museum focuses much of its attention on the history of transport with social and cultural exhibits charting the city’s own story thrown in for good measure too. The impressive building was designed by world-famous architect, Zaha Hadid, while the Tall Ship will have any budding pirate game for an adventure as you explore its many deck and cubby holes.

West End touring shows, nationally-known comics and even modern-day magic can all be found on stage at the Kings.
