Shows take place 7-nights a week and there’s even a dedicated kid’s hour on Sundays with child-friendly fun on offer.
BAad Dog Show
From stand-up to… erm, dog shows? Why not?! The Barras Art and Design centre (BAad) is one of the most dog-friendly spots in the city and has decided to celebrate all things canine with its very own dog show. This light-hearted affair will see entrants compete for titles including Waggiest Tail and Best Bark, with the overall winner being crowned BAadest Dog (geddit?). Taking place on Sunday October 15th, it’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon if you’re a dog-lover, and don’t forget to try a little seafood at the venue’s restaurant, A’Challtain.
Big Music for Minis
This event does what it says on the tin. From the 14th– 15th of October, the Royal Concert Hall will see a series of workshops and fun, music-based activities for babies and children taking place. A great way to get your little one more involved in all things instrumental and for them to explore everything from percussion to the traditional ceilidh.

A reference for the Taggart lovers out there (don’t worry if you don’t get it, come visit Glasgow and you soon will!), Manhunt Glasgow is a city-wide murder mystery event with up to 100 people playing at the same time. Get ready to track down 18 virtual witnesses dotted throughout the city, decide which murder weapon was used and avoid red herrings along the way. Earl bird tickets have been released and are just £30 for a team of 6, with the event taking place on October 14th.
